Go North- Israel
Empowering Young Israelis to Build Their Future in Northern Israel
At Go-North Israel (“Kadima Tzafon”), we connect young Israelis with life in the Galilee and the Golan Heights - from their very first introduction to becoming active, long-term members of local communities.
Through a unique two-stage program that combines immersive experiences, community engagement, career development, and entrepreneurship, we provide participants with the knowledge, networks, and confidence to turn interest into commitment - to choose Northern Israel as the place to build their home, career, and future.

Target audience:
Young individuals, couples, and families considering a move to Northern Israel.
The North Is Calling. We're Coming.
Go-North Israel is a Zionist initiative dedicated to strengthening and revitalizing Northern Israel by encouraging young Israelis to build their future in the Galilee and the Golan Heights.
The war that began on October 7 fundamentally changed life in Northern Israel. Entire communities were evacuated, businesses were severely impacted, and the region lost many of its young residents. Ensuring the long-term future of the North requires a new generation of young people who choose to live, work, and build their families there.
Go-North programs complement the broader efforts of the government and social organizations to rebuild and revitalize northern Israel. Our programs make the opportunities in the North accessible to young Israelis through an immersive and engaging experience, in close collaboration with leading organizations in the field and local communities.
Three Goals. One National Mission.
Our goals:
.1
Strengthen Northern Israel by Attracting Outstanding Young Talent
Encourage young Israelis to choose the Galilee and the Golan as the place to build their homes, careers, and communities, strengthening the region's demographic, economic, and social resilience.
.2
Enable Long-Term Integration Through Careers, Community, and Entrepreneurship
Provide participants with the guidance, professional opportunities, networks, and ongoing support they need to establish lasting economic and social roots in Northern Israel.
.3
Lead the Renewal of the Galilee and the Golan Through the Next Generation
Contribute to the region's long-term recovery by fostering economic growth, supporting local entrepreneurship, and building vibrant young communities across Northern Israel.
From First Visit to Lasting Roots
A Two-Stage Journey
The program is intended for IDF and national service discharges, university and college graduates, young entrepreneurs and young new immigrants who are seriously considering but have not yet decided to move to the North.
Our goal is to help young Israelis considering a move to the North explore and experience firsthand the opportunities the region has to offer, while providing them with practical tools to prepare for the transition and increase their chances of success. Program graduates will also benefit from an extensive network of local leaders, professionals, and organizations that can support them throughout the relocation and integration process.
